Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – DriveStyle Garage On Wheels "Mobile convenience. Professional standards." At DriveStyle Garage – On Wheels, we take pride in delivering high-quality, on-site services. To ensure smooth scheduling, fairness, and reliability, we’ve put the following policies in place: 📝 Booking Requirements Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your spot. This will be applied toward your final service total. You may book via our website, Instagram DMs, text, or call. 📍 Service Location Requirements We operate 100% mobile. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal space with room for us to work (driveway, private lot, etc.). If your location is outside of our standard service area (20-mile radius from Buffalo, NY), a travel fee may apply. 🕒 Arrival Windows We offer arrival windows (e.g., 9AM–10AM) based on traffic and service length. Please have your vehicle accessible and unlocked at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, a $25 delay fee may apply. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-call/no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total. 💧 Weather Policy In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, snow, or extreme wind), we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons. You’ll be contacted in advance with new options. Covered areas such as garages or carports can allow work to continue in light weather. 💳 Payments Remaining balances are due immediately upon service completion. We accept cash, card, Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay. Tipping is appreciated but never expected! 🧼 Vehicle Condition Disclaimer Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards may require additional time and fees. We'll notify you prior to starting. We do not guarantee complete removal of deep scratches, permanent stains, or pre-existing damage. ✅ By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
