Cancellation Policy
In-House Service Booking Policy The following policy applies to all in-house services performed at Drivestyle Garage. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. Appointments All in-house services are by appointment only. Appointment times are reserved specifically for your vehicle and selected service. Deposits Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment, including but not limited to paint correction, ceramic coatings, vinyl, PPF, fabrication, and multi-day services. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice and are non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs outside the required notice period. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard services. High-value or multi-day services may require 48–72 hours notice, which will be disclosed at booking. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows may be refused future bookings. Arrival & Drop-Off Please arrive on time for your appointment. Vehicles arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. All personal belongings must be removed prior to service. Drivestyle Garage is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. Vehicle Condition Customers must disclose any known mechanical issues, leaks, electrical faults, or aftermarket modifications. Excessively dirty vehicles or those containing biohazards, excessive pet hair, mold, sand, or debris may be subject to additional charges or service refusal. Payment Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received. Service Expectations While we strive for the highest quality results, we do not guarantee removal of permanent defects such as deep scratches, stains, or excessive wear unless explicitly agreed upon prior to service. Any concerns must be addressed at time of vehicle pickup. Liability Drivestyle Garage is not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing or brittle components, or mechanical/electrical failures unrelated to the service performed. Vehicles left overnight are stored at the owner’s risk. By booking an in-house service with Drivestyle Garage, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
